The Annual Fund Drive is the first of two major fundraising events of the year and generally occurs in the Fall. Proceeds from the Fund Drive are applied to the school's operating costs. Contributions to the Fund Drive are tax-deductible, offering the school a method for keeping tuition low and offering parents the opportunity to deduct their contribution, which would otherwise be paid in higher (non-tax-deductible) tuition. Each family is expected to participate in an amount appropriate for them, and this expectation is part of the enrollment agreement.
