Additional Fees and Discounts
In addition to tuition, please plan for the following fees and
discounts which will be applied as a part of the July 1st billing:
Application Fee: $50 - New Applicants Only
This is a one-tiome application fee per family and is non-refundable.
This is for new applicants and should be attached to the application
form.
* Families enrolling in the Parent/Infant Community are
exempt from this fee.
Registration Deposit - $400 per Student
After acceptance to the school, a tuition deposit of $400 is required
with a completed enrollment contract. The deposit is non-refundable.
* Parent/Infant families, please submit a $35.00 registration deposit
that will be applied toward the session fee.
Toddler After-Care Program
Available on a contractual basis at a rate of $7.00 per hour for
those children contracted for a two-day minumum. The hours are
11:30 AM to 5:00 PM. A $50 deposit is due with the toddler
after-care contract. This deposit will be applied to the
June after-care bill. Contracts are available in the office.
Enrichment Center (Children's House) Before- and
After-Care
Available on a contractual basis at a rate of $5 per hour. The hours
before school are from 7:30 am to 8:30 am, and after-care
is available from 11:30am to 6:00pm. A $50 deposit is due with the enrichment
contract. This deposit will be applied to the
June after-care bill. Contracts are available in the office. Drop-in care may
be available (subject to hour and space availability) with approval
from the EC Guide or Head of School at a rate of $6/hour.
The Club (Elementary & Extended Day)
Before- and After-School Program
Available on a contractual basis at a rate of $5/hour. The hours
before school are 7:30AM to 8:30AM and the after school hours are
3PM to 6PM. A $50 deposit is due with the club before and after
school program contract. This deposit will be applied to the
June after-care bill. Contracts are available in the office. Drop-in
may be available (subject to hour and space availability.) with approval
from the Club Guide or Head of School at a rate of $6/hour.
Sibling Discount
For families with 2 or more children, a discount of 10% off the highest
tuition will be applied for the second sibling. If a family has
more than two siblings, they will receive 10% off the highest tuition payments.
Scholarships
A small fund is set aside for need-based scholarships. Applications are available by request.
