Additional Fees and Discounts

In addition to tuition, please plan for the following fees and discounts which will be applied as a part of the July 1st billing:

Application Fee - $50 (New Applicants Only)
This is a one-time application fee per family and is non-refundable. This is for new applicants and should be attached to the application form.
* Families enrolling in the Parent/Infant Community are exempt from this fee.

Registration Deposit - $400 per Student
After acceptance to the school, a tuition deposit of $400 is required with a completed enrollment contract. The deposit is non-refundable.
* Parent/Infant families, please submit a $45.00 registration deposit that will be applied toward the session fee.

Snack/Milk Fee - $135.00 per student
This one-time fee covers the cost of milk and snack that is provided in the classrooms each day. This fee will be added to your first payment invoice.

Field Trip Fee - $60.00 per Extended Day and Elementary student
This one-time fee covers the cost of field trips that Extended Day and Elementary children go on each year. Permission slips will be sent out prior to each field trip for parents to sign.

Before and After Care School Care
Available 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. daily. Contracts are available in the office.

Toddler Care (Toddler program)
Available on a contractual basis at a monthly rate based on $7.50 per hour. A two day minimum is required with a contract.
Enrichment Center (Children's House)
Available on a contractual basis at a monthly rate based on $6.00 per hour. Drop-in care may be available (subject to space availability) with approval from the Before and After Care School Guide.
The Club (Elementary & Extended Day programs)
Available on a contractual basis at a monthly rate based on $6.00 per hour. Drop-in care may be available (subject to space availability) with approval from the Before and After Care School Guide.

Sibling Discount
For families with 2 or more children, a discount of 5% off the highest tuition will be applied for the second sibling. If a family has more than two siblings, they will receive 5% off the highest tuition payments.

Scholarships
A small fund is set aside for need-based scholarships. Applications are available by request.
